I bring deep knowledge of Berkeley, Oakland and surrounding communities to my role as a realtor.  I’m an East Bay native, CAL graduate, and happy East Bay homeowner.

 

I began my career in the public relations and communications business, working first in New York, and then for the San Francisco Symphony, where I helped introduce Michael Tilson Thomas to the Bay Area. I spent the next fifteen years raising two daughters in Palo Alto, where I also began my real estate career.  The highly competitive Silicon Valley market was an invaluable real estate training ground, giving me hands-on negotiating experience in many high-end sales.

I love managing the many contractors and specialists required to successfully prepare a home for sale. My extensive knowledge of home renovation and design allows me to help my clients make smart choices in presenting their property to the market. It is also helpful to buyers as they consider possible renovations or updates to a home they are considering for purchase.

 

Perhaps most important, I bring a calm voice to the sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home. Through honest information and a local’s understanding of the East Bay’s dynamic real estate market, I help clients understand their options, and how I can help them reach their goals.
